This office is large, second floor room in a home in Midtown Palo Alto. Entry is through home, there is no separate entry to the office space. Best use is for a non-retail business, solo worker is best. Client visits would be awkward at this location. We prefer the office space used during typical business hours.
$400 per person, per month, monthly lease, all utilities, ample free street parking

Rent includes utilities, wifi, and cleaning service every two weeks, main home kitchen is available for a quick meal. Heating and air conditioning are included.
Personality fit is important here, so please tell us more about you, and provide credit report aged less than 60 days. Main home is currently occupied by two working professionals.
Work at a desk or use the sit stand workstation included. Also available is a quiet, shared, shaded, outdoor patio space as a bonus.
